Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan beginning the first day
of the month following their date of hire*; after one year of service, the company
will match 50% of the first 6% of employee contributions.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows TSFG employees to purchase company stock
with no fees or commissions and at a 5% discount.
