Accessibility and Convenience
Customers assigned to our Private Banking area will be assured of being able to
reach their banker directly through office phone, cell phone, or e-mail, whenever
they need them, and not be shifted off to a call center for servicing. And, our
Private Bankers are located in all of our banking markets and will be happy to come
directly to your office to fulfill your needs.
A Dedicated Point of Contact
Your Private Banker will be your single touch point for all of your banking and
investment needs, and will coordinate the full depth of service solutions offered
on your behalf.
Consultative Approach
Private Banking clients will receive an in-depth needs assessment, which will be
continually updated and refined as the relationship develops. At least once per
quarter, Private Banking clients will receive a personal visit by their assigned
officer, along with the appropriate Wealth Management partners, to review your overall
relationship and make recommendations as needed.
